About Cottage Of Charmz

We want to provide the ladies out there with exquisite hand-made jewellery that you will not be able to find them anywhere else.
If you require custom adjustments to the jewellery as displayed, we will try to meet your requirements.

Payment

We will only accept payment via POSB bank transfer. Only local transaction (Singapore) is allowed.
For overseas buyers, we are sorry to inform you that we will not be able to deal any transactions with you.

Mailing of Items

All items will be sent on the Saturday within the week after you made your payment.
e.g. You purchase a set of earring and make your payment on Wednesday. The item will be sent to SingPost for delivery on Saturday, and will reach you likely on the following Monday / Tuesday, given that Sunday is a non-working day.

Charges

Normal Postage: $1.50
(Inclusive of a bubble envelope which will protect the jewellery from any scratches.)
Registered Postage: $3.50 ** Recommended **
(Inclusive of a bubble envelope, whereby postage will be tracked as well.)

We will not be held responsible for any lost postage, thus Registered Postage is strongly recommended.

FAQ

Qnz: Can I ask for discount?
Anz: No, all items are of nett price.

Qnz: Is there any free gifts?
Anz: We will randomly give you a piece of jewellery free of charge, if you purchase more than $50.

Qnz: I'm not from Singapore, can I purchase your jewellery?
Anz: As of now, we will not be able to do transactions with overseas buyers.

Qnz: How long will it take for the item to reach me?
Anz: Item will be mailed out on every Saturday, and thus it will reach you on the following Mon / Tues.

Qnz: Can I purchase more quantity in terms of what is stated?
Anz: Yes, you may put up a request, and if we are able to do so, we will fulfil your requirements.

Qnz: Am I able to mix and match what I want from the jewellery displayed?
Anz: As long as we are able to do so, we will do it for you.

Qnz: Can I meet up to collect the jewellery?
Anz: Sorry, we don't meet up, and will only mail the items to you via SingPost.

Qnz: Can I pay in cash / mail the cash to you?
Anz: It's not recommended to do so, as it's not safe to place cash in an envelope.
